Privacy Notice
Nox Services collects only the information needed to respond to staffing requests, home assessment enquiries and job applications. Information submitted through our website forms is stored securely in our database and, where documents are uploaded (such as CVs), in a restricted, non-public folder. Only authorised Nox Services administrators can access this information.
Data Retention
We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, after which closed records are deleted in line with our internal retention schedule.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies and local storage necessary for its core functionality: keeping you logged in to the admin area, and remembering your cookie-consent choice so you are not asked again on every visit. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used unless separately disclosed here.

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to request deletion, subject to any legal or operational requirement to retain certain records.
